Live Zoom Sessions
Join us for 90-minute live Zoom meetings every other week, starting Monday, September 16th at 12 pm CST. Each session will include:

• Wellness Practices: Engage in breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, energy work, and rituals.
• Topic Exploration: Delve into topics like role vs. identity, holistic wellness, self-love, radical responsibility, and decision making.
• Q&A: Receive live coaching and support tailored to the needs of our community.

Online Community
Access our exclusive Facebook group where you can share and access supportive resources, including practices, exercises, perspectives, poems, songs, books, articles, and more. Note: Access to the Facebook group is available only to paying members.

Membership Details

• Cost: $200 per month, totaling $600 for the entire period (September through November).
